There is one thing worse than an Enbloc ----- and that is an Enbloc done badly. Since the majority have the necessary mandate to sell, then they owe it to all SPs to make a success of it. Minority SPs can only watch and wait, if they sell then lets pray it's at a price we can move on with, if they don't sell, then we are happy to stay for a few more years.

A rookie en bloc law firm with no prior experience.

At this point, I believe owners might know more about the process than they do as en bloc is definitely a process that has to be experienced first hand - it cannot be known by reading the Schedules alone.

    Show how desperate the SC are, lawyers without track record also want...
    Buyers will know how desperate we are to sell...
    And will cut the throat.

  2. To be fair, they are not responsible for the lack of enthusiasm from the legal fraternity. They sent out 16 invitations and only 2 accepted. I wasn't present at the 2nd presentation, but 100 lawyers from Khattar Wong sound experienced to me.
