Shall we see a new calculation of DP and Residual Land Valuation from the SC?

• We have not seen a proper and detailed calculation of the Differential Premium (DP) from the Marketing Agent to date. We need to see this to evaluate whether they have adjusted for the lower DC rate.
• We have not seen a detailed and proper Residual Land Valuation from the Marketing Agent. We need to see this because the DP is a vital component of the RLV calculation and any lowering of the DP would result in a higher Land Valuation and consequently a  higher  Reserve Price and a higher payout on a per unit basis.
