There is one thing worse than an Enbloc ----- and that is an Enbloc done badly. Since the majority have the necessary mandate to sell, then they owe it to all SPs to make a success of it. Minority SPs can only watch and wait, if they sell then lets pray it's at a price we can move on with, if they don't sell, then we are happy to stay for a few more years.

SC Meeting : 18 Oct 2012

Minutes can be found on the Official Tampines Court Sales Committee  Blog

  1. Sorry, I just don't understand why the Notice had so many things blanked out? This can be viewed at the lift lobby's Notice Board? No? And most importantly, is the RP so top sensitive that only those people who sign the agreement will know? How does the RP, when known to us, will affect the en-bloc? I just don't see any logic. If I don't know the new RP, then how will I know whether to sell or not?

  2. The unedited version is on the Notice Board. It's there for everyone to see.

This is just a blog and not the primary source of information to residents. The SC has not updated its blog since March 2012. The RP is ostensibly an open secret, but I am not going to be the one to test whether or not it can be splashed up on the internet with impunity.

Maybe u are right. Now is a sensitive world. Even a little joke can get sued. Nowadays people are so sensitive. Anyway, I saw it on my block's Notice Board. And the RP is $... OOps, I nearly blab out! Have a nice day, itshometome. :)
