There is one thing worse than an Enbloc ----- and that is an Enbloc done badly. Since the majority have the necessary mandate to sell, then they owe it to all SPs to make a success of it. Minority SPs can only watch and wait, if they sell then lets pray it's at a price we can move on with, if they don't sell, then we are happy to stay for a few more years.

  2. In 10 days time, TC is going to fall off the EN BLOC CLIFF. The value of TC will be struck at the bottom for a long time. Next generation will be stuck with an old 99yr apartment

  4. At the first enbloc, we were told that the prices of our units would fall to below 400k if it did not go through.What happened? Prices rose to above a million. If you do not want to be stuck with a 99 year old lease property, then do yourself a favour and sell now.

  5. Shunfu is not the same because the residents there have positive mindset.
    TC have desperate en-bloc raiders trying to get rid of their units.
    I like the 4th post... and agree, if you don't want to get stuck.. sell now, no one is stopping you.
