There is one thing worse than an Enbloc ----- and that is an Enbloc done badly. Since the majority have the necessary mandate to sell, then they owe it to all SPs to make a success of it. Minority SPs can only watch and wait, if they sell then lets pray it's at a price we can move on with, if they don't sell, then we are happy to stay for a few more years.

Can't handle the heat

The SC has deleted dozens comments on their FB page as things got too hot for them there, all those SPs pointing out their mistakes was quite distressing for them. They also deleted their own SC member comments as one in particular was damaging their reputation. He didn't even know the correct age of the estate. Anyway, I shall miss him if he has been banned from making further comments on FB. The medium is too volatile for loose canons like himself.

Not only have they deleted the negative comments, they have also deleted
  • A ton of posts and comments
  • Mr Vasan's letter/SC Response and all the ensuing brouhaha 

I have taken some screenshots along the way - so it hasn't all disappeared :)

They deny me access to their RLV to prevent me (or anyone) from challenging them - yet think they can challenge my RLV and PUBLISH their findings in their one-sided Minutes???  The audacity of them!  ' "The RLVs..... were carefully studied in details by the SC with explanation to SPs present" . Figures need to be run through excel spreadsheets- not superficially eyeballed. 

They cannot push my RLV to the front and keep theirs HIDDEN. It is their RLV that needs scrutinising - mine is not the official RLV.  Picking out a figure here and there is meaningless - their spreadsheet needs to be checked top to bottom.

They are diverting attention away from their own OFFICIAL RLV to my unofficial RLV to obfuscate the matter.

  1. Our SC often finds itself in awakward and embarassing situations.

    First time could be a mistake.
    Second misstep is not a mistake, but a choice.
    Subsequent mistakes denote a habitual lack of due diligence or gross incompetence.

    Selective deletion of FB comments is an unfortunate, belated attempt to cover up past screw-ups.
    SC, acknowledge your mistakes or refute and expose the arguments of your detractors.

    Transparency and openness is how you win hearts and minds.

    Play Fair ! Release MA's previous and current RLV calculations in full. SP's need to know how he manages to miraculously improve on RLV from his previously declared: "Any higher unworkable, impossible" figures.
    What has changed in his calculations?
    How Professional and Competent is he?
    Is he Believable?
    Show us BOTH his RLV calculations and let SPs judge. You made that promise on 24 Aug 2016 on your FB. SC, you are both responsible and accountable to ALL SPs.
    NOT releasing MA's RLV would be a dereliction of duty on your part.

  2. I don't believe RP set last Nov was based on RLV. MA probably based it on his preferred, lazy method: GLS comparison of selected inferior sites or recent resale prices of TC plus some.

    He made accurate assessment of SC and TC attendees of EOGM III: Credulous, Ignorant with an EnBloc Go-Go mindset at any price.
    He's a good judge of people.

    He's also unprofessional; unwilling to put in decent, genuine effort to determine the real value of Tampines Court.To get the best possible price for us. Low RP means quick sale, easy money.

    He's has NO standing representing TC in collective Sale.

    Prove us wrong SC. Release BOTH of MA's RLV calculations. We know, You know, MA knows its not possible. That would be asking you to be transparent with us SP's
